Dave has just completed his marathon run of 70 shows in Asia. The audiences there love American roots music and as in years past, the shows were filled with the excitement and surprises that typify a Dave Shafran concert. With The RedHot Blues
For fourteen years Dave fronted The RedHot Blues, singing, playing guitar (and sometimes keyboards) and writing songs. More American roots and rock than pure blues band, RHB went full circle from Hendrix to Haggard. The band played premiere clubs (B.B. Kings, House of Blues and The Coach House), festivals (Monterey Blues Festival, San Diego Street Scene, Nevada Lee Canyon Blues Fest) and toured regularly, both in the U.S. and abroad.
